Sneakers
- All sneaker sales are final.
Due to the nature of sneaker reselling and authenticity verification, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on sneakers once purchased. - We guarantee that all sneakers sold are 100% authentic and verified before being made available for purchase.
Apparel & Accessories
- Exchanges only are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Customer is responsible for providing a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not in stock, store credit will be issued.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

- We will work quickly to resolve the issue with an exchange or store credit.
Buy/Sell/Trade Items
- All buy/sell/trade transactions are final.
- Once a sneaker has been evaluated and purchased/traded, ownership is transferred and no returns or reversals will be accepted.
Online Orders (if applicable)
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanges unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Unit One Urban Goods is not responsible for lost return shipments.
